By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services
We provide custom music production services, including but not limited to:
  • Ghost production
  • Mixing and mastering
  • Hybrid projects, co-productions, and remixes (by agreement)
All services are provided on a custom, made-to-order basis according to the client’s creative direction and references.

Custom Work & Creative Process
Each project is created individually based on the client’s vision, references, and feedback.
We do not sell pre-made or stock tracks.
Due to the creative nature of the work, outcomes may vary, and artistic interpretation is part of the process.
Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed:
  • Each full production project includes up to two (2) revision rounds
  • Revisions are based on consolidated feedback
  • Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees

Payments
A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin any project
  • The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started
Payments are processed securely via approved payment providers.
Intellectual Property & Rights
Before Full Payment:
All demos, previews, and project files remain the intellectual property of the Producer and may not be released, shared, or monetized.
After Full Payment:
Upon receipt of full payment:
  • Full ownership of the final approved track is transferred to the Client
  • The Client receives 100% royalty-free rights
  • The Client may release, distribute, sell, and monetize the track without limitations
Only the final delivered version is included in the rights transfer.

Ghost Production Disclaimer
All services are provided as ghost production unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
The Producer does not claim public credit for the work and remains uncredited in releases, promotions, and metadata.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality.
The Producer will not disclose:
  • Client identity
  • Project details
  • Releases or label placements
unless explicit written permission is granted by the Client.

No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
  • Label signings
  • Chart placements
  • Streaming performance
  • Commercial success
All creative and commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Missed opportunities or revenue
  • Third-party platform decisions (labels, distributors, streaming services)

Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial and digital service practices.
